Minimum Age of Hire

It is prohibited to hire anyone under the age of 18 years. The purpose of this is two fold. First, to ensure the safety of our employees and second, to insure consistency with child labor laws.

Pre-Employment Testing

Stegall Mechanical, Inc. is firmly committed to the health and safety of our employees. All employees must be mentally and physically able to perform their customary job responsibilities without threat to the safety of themselves, their co-workers, the property of the company or others, or the company's customers. The company considers the influence of drugs in the work place to be detrimental to our employees and to our continued growth and future success.

Each candidate for employment shall sign a Consent to Alcohol and Drug Testing and Release of All Claims form. This form is necessary to enforce our drug policy and assure the applicant is knowledgeable of his/her rights under various laws, including unemployment insurance.

An executed consent form must accompany each application for employment. This form must be executed and submitted prior to any drug testing.
