Greg Smith — President
Greg brings to Stegall over 28 years of experience in Executive Leadership, including the following disciplines: Operations, Strategic Planning, Logistics, Financial Development, Information Technologies, Marketing, Human Resources and Advertising. In addition to experience, he holds a MBA from Samford University. As President of Stegall, Greg is responsible for General Management of the company’s total operation, financial budgeting, business development, strategic planning and business environment alignment.

| Vince Chiarella — VP / Plumbing Operations
Vince has been in the Plumbing trade for 30 years, of which 13 years have been with Stegall. He works closely with the Plumbing Project Management Team to oversee all Plumbing operations from bids all the way to project close out. Vince spent 2 years at Jefferson State University. He currently holds a Master Plumbing License for Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Louisiana. Vince is also Medical Gas Certified.

| Alan Kujan — Plumbing Project Manager Alan brings 32 years of Commercial and Industrial Plumbing experience to the Plumbing Project Management Team. He provides Project Management for Plumbing projects ranging from $10k-$3M. Alan is a Plumbing & Pipefitting Graduate of the Jefferson County Joint Apprentice School. In addition, he carries an Alabama Journeyman Plumbers License.

Jimbo Rudloff — Assistant Plumbing Project Manager
Jimbo contributes to Stegall 24 years of Management experience, including Operations Manager as well as D.O.T. and Safety Instructor. Due to his versatile experience, he assists the Plumbing Project Management Team in all project responsibilities and serves as Safety Coordinator. Jimbo’s numerous certifications include: D.O.T., CPR & First Aid, Project Manager Safety and Forklift Trainer.

Steve Casey — HVAC Project Manager
Steve has been in the Mechanical Contracting industry for over 39 years, with extensive experience in the Health Care industry design and construction. His responsibilities include HVAC Project Mana gement, Estimation and Design-Build. Steve education includes Refrigeration at Bessemer Tech, Business & Engineering at UAB, and AutoCad at Jefferson State. In addition, Steve holds an EPA Refrigeration Certification.

Steve Wilkerson — HVAC Project Manager
Steve offers 31 years of industry experience to the HVAC Project Management Team. He is responsible for complete installation of projects, including estimation, sales, job cost, scheduling and closeout documentation. Steve has completed Project Management, AutoCad 1, AutoCad 2, and AutoCad 3-D training courses from Purdue University and Gadsden State Community College. He also carries a Journeyman Card and Welding Certification.

Jason Kimbrough — VP / HVAC Operations
Jason brings to Stegall 13 years of experience as Estimator, Field Engineer and Project Manager. He is responsible for daily operations of the mechanical department as well assisting in Estimation and Project Management. In addition to industry experience, Jason holds a BSME from the University of Alabama.

Randy Argo — Service Maintenance Manager
Randy joined Stegall in early 2007 to reinstate the HVAC Service / Maintenance Department. Though new to the company, he brings with him over 30 years experience in Maintenance Management. Randy works closely with the Service Maintenance staff to oversee all Service Sales, Inventory Management, Contract Pricing and Sales, Service Fleet Management as well as assisting in Service Marketing.

Paul Harris — Chief Estimator
Paul leads Stegall’s Estimating Team with over 45 years experience in HVAC Product Design, Project Management, Estimating and Business Management. Paul works with both the Plumbing and HVAC divisions preparing bids, including Plan & Spec as well as Design-Build Type. Paul is a Licensed HVAC Contractor in the State of Alabama. He also holds a BSME from Auburn University.

Diana Kent — Administrative Operations Manager
Diana heads up the Administrative Department with 21 years of experience in Mechanical Contracting. Her responsibilities include Project Accounting, Contract Tracking, Billing, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Submittals, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. In addition, Diana has extensive construction software knowledge and experience.

Melissa Little — Business Marketing Manager
Melissa has 12 years of experience in Administration, including Human Resources, Marketing and Customer Relations. She oversees Contract Management, Marketing and Advertising, Employee Relations, Customer Relations, Event Planning and Fleet Management. Melissa also manages the entire company Information Technologies.

Jeff Finney — Fabrication Shop Manager
Jeff has been in the Mechanical Contracting industry for 29 years, of which 24 years have been with Stegall. He is experienced at heavy structural and plate fabrication layout, fitting and welding, Steel Mill, and has also served as Job Foreman of HVAC installation. Jeff’s responsibilities include all duct take-offs, labor scheduling, equipment maintenance and material procurement. In addition, he has completed courses on Electrical and Hydraulics Maintenance.
